Welcome to Aleesha Taxi. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By booking a ride or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. General Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. When you request a quote or submit an inquiry, it does not guarantee a reservation until confirmed by our team. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Payments and Cancellations

• Payments: Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking confirmation process.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please review your specific booking confirmation for exact details.
• No-Shows: If a passenger fails to appear at the designated pickup location without prior notice, they will be charged the full fare.

3. Passenger Responsibilities

We expect all passengers to treat our drivers and vehicles with respect. Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will result in an additional cleaning or repair fee charged to the booking party.

Passengers must ensure they have all personal belongings before exiting the vehicle. Aleesha Taxi is not responsible for any lost or left-behind items, though our drivers will make every effort to return found items.

4. Driver Responsibilities & Safety

Our drivers are professional and trained to provide a safe experience. The driver reserves the right to terminate a trip if passengers engage in illegal activities, abuse, or actions that compromise the safety of the journey.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aleesha Taxi shall not be held liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. Our maximum liability for any service failure is limited to the cost of the booked trip.
